This program is created for children with training experience, as well as beginners. 

The entire workout takes place on the floor and does not include any pressure on the child from the outside, which makes it safe. 

Under professional guidance we do different sets of exercises for stretching and flexibility, strengthening muscles of the whole body, which influence the progress in dance technique. 

Your child will learn many professional secrets of lifting legs, splits, twists, special exercises with elastic bands, weights and much more!
