Why ballet?

Ballet lessons develop both physical and psychological strength, instilling discipline, perseverance, and goal-setting, and building confidence in your child’s abilities.

Playful lessons enhance thinking, coordination, rhythm, concentration, flexibility, and the musculoskeletal system.  Children develop beautiful leg lines, strong posture, and learn grace and elegance. This work also helps correct flat feet and scoliosis. Improvisation games stimulate imagination.

Children aged 4 and up learn classical dance basics through playful exercises, including foot and arm positions, and light jumps. All lessons are accompanied by classical music masterpieces.
