Frequently Asked Questions: 

1.How do I sign up for an online trial lesson? 

To register for a trial lesson online you must click on the link. Select the type of lesson and the date of the lesson. Send a request. You should then receive an email confirming your registration, the link to the ZOOM, and the date. If, for any reason, the lesson is cancelled, you will be notified. Before you get upset that you have not received a confirmation, please check your spam folder. And only then contact us during our scheduled hours.

2. How do I sign up for a LIVE lesson?

To sign up for a LIVE trial lesson you must follow this link. Choose a lesson type and date. Send a request. You should then receive an email confirming your registration. Before you get upset that you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder and only then contact us during our scheduled hours. 

3. What should I look for when registering for a trial lesson? 

You should pay attention to having the correct date, time of the lesson, the link in the ZOOM, and no cancellation letter for the lesson. Before you get upset about not getting a confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder and only then contact us during our scheduled hours. 

4. How do I get access to the online lesson? 

You will receive an email with all the information.

5. What payment methods are accepted? 

After your request, we send you an invoice, which you agree to pay before the scheduled lesson. If the invoice is not paid within 3 days after the lesson, you will have to pay a 7% late fee. 

6. How do I buy a card for 10 lessons?

To purchase a card for 10 lessons,click here.  Once your application is accepted, you will receive an email with an invoice that you need to pay before your class. If the invoice is not paid within 3 days after the lesson, you will have to pay a 7% late payment fee. 

7. If I become ill, is it possible to renew my card? 

If you provide a copy of your doctor’s note, you can extend your card for as many days as you were sick. In any other case, your card will not be renewed.

8. If I pay for a month of classes, can I keep the lessons I missed? 

If you pay monthly, you can make up the lessons you miss by attending other lessons. You can make up for missed lessons within two months. 

9. Can I buy a LIVE card and study online? 

Yes, if you purchase a LIVE card, you can attend any class ONLINE, regardless of the duration of the online training session. 

10. Can I attend LIVE classes with the ONLINE Card?

No. The ONLINE Card only applies to ONLINE lessons. 

11. Can I train ONLINE together with a friend? 

No, the online payment is for one person.  The trial lesson is always free, so of course you can train with a friend. In all other cases you pay per person. 

12. Can I record the lesson?

No, recording is strictly forbidden. The online lesson program is copyrighted by DO Ballet. In the case of recording and copying there will be legal action under international copyright law. DO ballet is registered in Germany and protected by German laws.
