1. How do I sign up for a trial lesson?
To register for a trial lesson, please send an email or message us on WhatsApp with your and your child’s full names, the name of the lesson, the desired date for the trial lesson, and your contact information. This way, we can reach out to you if the lesson is canceled.
2. What is the hygiene guidelines?
The studio is ventilated between classes.
We kindly ask our students to stay home at the first sign of illness.
3. Is it possible for me to watch a lesson while my child participates?
Parents are not allowed to remain in the school premises or stairwell during classes.
4. What is the procedure for terminating the contract?
The contract may be terminated at any time. To terminate the contract, written notice must be submitted by the end of the month. Regardless of the termination date, payments are required for the following three months after the termination notice is given.
5. What payment methods are accepted?
For contract payments, we accept payments via Dauerauftrag (standing order) or PayPal. Monthly payments must be made by the third day of each month. Alternatively, you can choose to pay monthly via bank transfer. For payments related to the “10er Karte” (10-session card), single lessons, or trial lessons, you can use PayPal, cash, or bank transfer.
6. How do I get access to the online lesson?
You will receive an email with all the information and a link to Zoom. Write a request, and you can train online with us.
7. Can I postpone my 10er Karte?
You can, but only if you were sick. You must provide a copy of your doctor’s note, and your card will be extended for as many days as you were sick. In any other case, your card will not be postponed.
8. If I pay monthly, can I keep the lessons I missed?
If you pay monthly, you can make up the lessons you missed by attending other lessons. You can make up for missed lessons within three months.
9. What equipment do I need for the training?
You can bring a yoga mat, towel, and good mood. 🙂 There are mats at the studio, but due to hygiene reasons, we ask everyone to bring their own mats.
